This association was born with the aim of gathering the efforts from all the stakeholders who are contributing on the development of the Medical Informatics field in Cameroon.

SOCIM arranges the Cameroon Days of Medical Informatics (JCIM) each two years to share all the Medical Informatics experiences being implemented across the country.
